1. Provider and governing documents
SYNTAVERO ECO SYSTEM is owned and developed by GreenCoreTech MCHJ. This page is a product-specific overview, not a replacement for GreenCoreTech’s published Terms of Service or a signed service agreement. The company’s Terms of Service are linked below. Binding scope, price, service levels and responsibilities are agreed in the applicable contract.
2. Website, demo and contract formation
This website introduces the ecosystem and illustrative interfaces. Browsing, choosing a language, switching a proposed tariff or preparing a demo brief does not purchase a subscription or create a paid service agreement. The demo brief is prepared locally and is not sent automatically. Services begin only under separately agreed terms.
3. Packages, payment and implementation
Displayed packages and discounts are indicative proposals. Final fees, VAT treatment, billing period, store and user limits, implementation, migration, hosting, training, third-party charges and support are specified in the proposal and agreement. Renewal, cancellation, refunds and termination must also be agreed; the website does not create automatic billing or guaranteed refund rights beyond applicable law.
4. Access, accounts and acceptable use
For a deployed service, the customer must identify authorised users, protect credentials and provide accurate business data. Unauthorised access, unlawful content, interference with systems and use that infringes others’ rights are prohibited. Customer permissions, account administration and any suspension or recovery procedure are set out in the service agreement.
5. Product scope and third-party services
Capabilities vary by deployment and platform. New functions, AI pilots, integrations and fiscal-system connections require confirmation before activation. Third-party services may have separate fees and terms. No claim of uninterrupted operation or guaranteed commercial results is made on this landing page. Backup, data export, incident response and service levels must be defined for your deployment.
6. Intellectual property and customer data
GreenCoreTech MCHJ owns and develops the SYNTAVERO product and brand. Any licence granted to a customer is defined by contract; access does not transfer ownership. Rights to customer business data and responsibilities for its lawful collection, processing, export and deletion must be addressed in the agreement. 7. Changes, disputes and contact
Contract changes, liability, dispute handling and termination are governed by the applicable agreement, GreenCoreTech’s published terms and applicable law.
